Floating

Bursting with meat
2017

translated by Yannis Goumas

On my back I float in space-time

looking abstracted in the water

the sky’s blueness covering me

how I breathe in the light

weighing the look I insist

next to the rippling water

that all be obliterated at one go

and I supposing that I’m happening

stuck on the adulterating arrow

by rending time it renews

the infinite ocean that encloses

the identity a2+2ab…, the letters φ and θ

the cloth, the spit of a protruding skin

how did I find myself in this hole?

that contains me

and yet I still come out

of the vagina again and again

as someone who holds his breath

and just before suffocating

he jumps out of the water shouting:

“air, air…”

in the air is my asphyxia

my end in the stone
