Leli Bey was born in Athens and studied dentistry at the Aristotle University of Thessalonica. At the same time, she took cinematography lessons at the Central Theatre of North Greece. The following collections of poems of Leli Bey have been published: "Beyond the Stigx", Egnatia Publications 1980, "Lifetime", Egnatia Publications 1988, "The monodists", Ikaros Publications 1991, "Τhe planetary Ulysses", Ikaros Publications 1996, "It's high time", Ikaros Publications 2003, "Ulysse planétaire et autre poèmes", L'Harmattan, Paris 2008, "Τhe station", Ikaros Publications 2009, "La station", L'Harmattan, Paris 2013 and "The smokeed metropolis", Ikaros Publicatios, 2015. Olivier Delorme presented the collection "Ulysse planétaire et autre poèmes" in Librairie Desmos, in the context of events organized by the municipality of Paris, in 2008. The collection "The Station" directed by Konstantinos Konstantopoulos and presented in the form of a theater play in the theater Syn-Kati in Athens in 2011, and in December 2013. A theatrical adaptation of the collection "La Station" was presented as well in Paris. For about three years, Leli Bey cooperated with the Athenian newspaper Eleftherotypia. Her articles, reviews and essays have been published in the Greek and foreign press.
