Konstantinos Papacharalampos was born in Kavala, Greece in 1988. Since 2008 his poems, short stories and critiques have been featured in leading contemporary Greek magazines such as FRMK, Entefktirio, Lifo, Athens Voice, Unfollow and others. In 2011 he released his first experimental poetry project titled K – On (Entefktirio editions), a concept book based on topology, minimalism and interactive dialogue, exploring new starts within urban environment. K – On poems were presented in Athens in the 1st Festival of New Writers organised by the Greek National Centre of Books, performed in theatrical play One minute of silence and installed in situ in contemporary visual arts festival 'Action Field Kodra' in Thessaloniki, Greece. His 2016 performance in Curious Body Soufflé featured translated poems from his new experimental poetry project 'Is' (Greek: Είναι, FRMK editions, 2015), an object book identifying life and death as happening simultaneously within a series of distinct moments, inviting the user/reader to meditate on a disco-ball surface of planet Earth. Among the Είναι poems The chaos has been featured in the Futures: Poetry of the Greek Crisis anthology from UK publisher Penned in the Margins [edited and translated by poet and literary theorist Theodoros Chiotis] and noted in Times Literary Supplement. Poems from his releases were translated in German and Russian and associated with the crisis in Greece and Europe as well as the Greek underground and avant-garde scene. Since 2010 he lives in London where he works as development surveyor. He holds a Diploma in Rural and Surveying Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc Real Estate from Cass Business School (London).
