Tzoutzi(Dimitra Varvara) Mantzourani was born in Athens Greece in 1959. She received her BA Degree in French Literature, and Language at Pepperdine University Malibu, CA. USA. In between her marriages and divorces, she was employed as a journalist, and translator for various Greek magazines and newspapers. In 2009 she decided to freelance, and concentrate on publishing her own works. She is a close collaborator of FILNTISI Publications where she also publishes all of her books. To date her publications include five poem collections, by FILNTISI Publications, as well as a Poems/ Short Stories that has also been translated into English, and published in Canada by LIBROSLIBERTAD Publications. CA Tzoutzi is currently working on a translation of selected poems of Dorothy Parker’s work into Greek. Over the years she has translated children’s stories, Greek modern poets works and theatrical works from Greek into English. She specialized in the translation of Greek into English Poetry. Her works have been translated into Spanish and French, and will continue to be translated into English.
